To whom it may concern,
I had my first appointment with you on Tuesday and was very pleased with the way I was treated. I wanted to thank you for the way you run your business, from the way you got me an appointment to the way I was treated when I arrived.

When I called your office a couple weeks ago wishing to set up an appointment, I was expecting a few weeks wait before you could see me, like most dentist offices I had previously talked to. To my surprise however, I was scheduled in a week and a half.

When I arrived on Tuesday, I was treated very considerately by the receptionist and promptly invited by Val Hebert to go to the back where she immediately started to take x-rays and clean my teeth. Val was quick but also efficient with the cleaning and was personable and made me feel comfortable and at ease. During the painless procedure, she answered my questions and gave me tips on how to better take care of my teeth.

I let her know that I was in a little bit of a crunch for time and she took that into consideration making sure that I was finished on time. I did not have to wait between the cleaning and the examination by the dentist as I have at most dentist offices.

Dr. Scott Lyman came in and was very friendly and personable. I could tell that he was aware of my concerns and was really there to help me. He looked over my teeth carefully and informed me of the overall health of my mouth. Concerning one of my molars that will need a crown, he informed me as to what a crown is in terms that I could understand and presented a couple different options on how they could treat it- explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. I didn’t feel any pressure from him one way or the other, he educated me and then left the decision up to me. I was also impressed with the affordable cost.

Thank you for the way you do business. I hope you will continue to treat your patients the way you treated me. As it was said in a testimonial on your website, I too felt at home at the Community Dental Center.

Sincerely,

Alex Thatcher
